Detached stone house near the owners, steeped in family history, dating from the late 19th century. It's located in a secluded hamlet perched on a hill, in the heart of the Aveyron gorges and just a stone's throw from the Grésigne national forest.


** LE GÎTE **

90m² detached house in a hamlet of ten houses.

Access to the gîte via ten steps, located on the second floor above the cellar.

- Living room: large 35 m² living room with dining area facing the working fireplace. Open kitchen equipped with gas hob, dishwasher, combined microwave oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment.
- Adjoining living room with sofa, armchair, TV and DVD player
- Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin
- Bedroom 1: 140x190cm bed and 2 beds in a 90x200cm bunk bed
- Bedroom 2: 140x190cm bed and baby bed

Outside, there's plenty of green space for you to roam around the hamlet, just like at home. Adjacent to the Holiday cottage is a woodland table where you can enjoy grilled meats prepared on the stone barbecue opposite.

A laundry room below the Holiday cottage is equipped with a private washing machine, ironing board and iron, and drying rack.

Penne fortress just 3km from the Holiday cottage, or a 40-minute walk for the more adventurous.
For Hiking enthusiasts: marked trails just 700m from the gîte.

In the village of Penne, you'll find groceries, bars and a restaurant.
Supermarkets and shops in Caussade, Négrepelisse and Montauban.

If you want to go further afield (but not too far), Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and Cordes-sur-Ciel are only 30 minutes' drive from your Holiday cottage.
