Located near the family farm, this 100-year-old house has evolved over the generations. The combination of the large volumes of the old homes with successive contemporary renovations gives it charm and comfort.

In Saint-Agnan, in the heart of gentle, rolling Countryside, you'll find an ideal base for exploring the Tarn. Right next door, Lavaur welcomes you with its lively Market and shops. Bastide towns such as Lisle-sur-Tarn and Rabastens invite you to stroll under their arcades, while Countryside roads wind through vineyards and fields to the Gaillac Vineyard. For a more urban day out, Albi, Castres or Toulouse are within easy reach. Between walks, markets, heritage and outdoor activities, there's something for everyone.

The house is independent and quiet, offering spacious accommodation for families and friends. On the first floor, the large living area features a fully-equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), a large outdoor dining area with direct access to the terrace and Piscine. The living room, a few steps further down, creates a cosy and convivial corner with fireplace, television and table soccer. A shower room with washing machine, tumble dryer and WC.

On the air-conditioned first floor, four comfortable bedrooms welcome young and old alike:

- Two bedrooms with 1 bed 140x190, one with a baby bed
A mezzanine with gaming room, library and study, a bathroom with corner bath and separate WC complete the first floor.

Outside, the enclosed, private garden is perfect for games and relaxation. The covered terrace is a natural extension of summer evenings, with shared meals. The private swimming pool (12 x 6 m, 1.10 m to 2 m deep - open from May 10 to the end of September), secured by a fence, quickly becomes a meeting place; a shower and toilet room adds a real practical touch. Kids have access to slides.
