In Saint-Agnan, in a peaceful rural setting, this house provides a comfortable base for exploring the Tarn. Nearby Lavaur has a famous Market and a lively town center. The bastide towns of Lisle-sur-Tarn and Rabastens offer beautiful strolls under the arcades, while Countryside roads lead to the Gaillac Vineyard. For more variety, Albi, Castres and Toulouse are easily accessible by day. Markets, heritage, nature and walks alternate the pleasures of your stay.

Offered here in its 14-person version, the house offers large, convivial spaces. The first floor features a large, bright living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a generous dining area with direct access to the terrace and Piscine, and a sitting room just a few steps down, creating a warm atmosphere with fireplace, TV and table soccer.

Two bedrooms sleep on the same level:
- One bedroom with a 160x200 bed and baby bed
- One bedroom with a 140x190 bed
Two shower rooms with WC, one with washing machine and dryer, complete this level.

Upstairs, with air-conditioning, four additional bedrooms:

Kids can play in peace and quiet in the enclosed, private garden. The covered terrace is a natural extension of alfresco dining, facing the private, gated 12 x 6 m (1.10 to 2 m deep) Piscine, open from May 10 to the end of September. A room with shower and WC facilitates life around the pool. A play area, relaxation areas and spacious interiors make this a perfect setting for extended family or friends.
