La Prune

A charming house in a charming village To reach the gîte La Prune, drive through the picturesque village of Itzac.

Itzac, a small village almost equidistant from Cordes-sur-Ciel, Gaillac, Puycelsi and Penne with its medieval fortress. In summer, a not-to-be-missed event: aperitif concerts at the winegrowers'!
The Vaour festival of laughter in early August, concerts in Cordes, and a guitar break in Albi.

Enjoy a self-contained house in a charming old farmhouse with old stones. Renovated in 2006, the building is in one piece and you share the walls with the owners who live opposite your Holiday cottage, each with their own independence.

THE GITE: independent access to the second floor with a dozen steps outside onto a small balcony with a side table to enjoy your coffee.

- Living room: living/dining room with fireplace (not functional).
- Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher.
- Bathroom: bath/shower, single washbasin and WC.
- 16m² bedroom with 140x190cm double bed

Upstairs is the large Kids' bedroom with 4 single beds, in the attic. The first area features 2 single beds (90cm), plus a bathroom with shower, single washbasin and WC. Access to the second area is via a passageway with low ceiling, preferably suitable for Kids. This second sleeping area also has 2 90cm beds and a baby bed. This floor is a playground for Kids.

Outside: large, unfenced, unoverlooked plot, allowing you to enjoy a garden that extends into the woods! Barbecue available, as well as ping-pong table, table soccer, hammock and swing.

Private 12x6m Piscine with progressive depth from 1m to 3m, secured by roller shutter.

Wifi at low speed, as the network is difficult to access. On site, you'll meet Gaya, an English setter just waiting to be cuddled.
