At Les Juliannes, you'll enjoy a privileged setting at the end of a small road, between forests and meadows overlooking the discreet Oulas gorges. Situated in the Monts d'Alban, this estate steeped in history offers you a peaceful environment, while remaining close to the department's must-see sites. You can easily reach Albi and its UNESCO-listed Sainte-Cécile cathedral, or discover the characterful villages of Gaillac, Cordes-sur-Ciel and Lautrec, where heritage, markets and walking trails make for authentic stops.

The Holiday cottage is located on the second floor and opens onto a large, bright living room with lounge, living room and fully-equipped kitchen. A fireplace with wood-burning insert and a 50-inch HDTV create a convivial atmosphere. On the same level, you'll also find a shower room and two bedrooms:
- bedroom with queen-size bed and single bed
- bedroom with queen-size bed

The lower level, naturally cooler in summer, features a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a bathroom with bathtub-shower and washbasin, a toilet and two additional bedrooms:
- bedroom with queen-size bed, convertible into two single beds
- bedroom with two single beds

Families will find everything they need on site, including a high chair and a baby bed (Umbrella bed).

Down below, the private saltwater swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth from 50 cm to approx. 2 m), set in the middle of a meadow, offers a panoramic view of the Monts d'Alban, with terrace and pool house. The unenclosed private garden of approx. 200 m², adjoining the Holiday cottage, blends harmoniously into a shared wooded park. Parking directly opposite the entrance.

Pets are welcome, provided that you inform us before booking and guarantee that the gîte will be looked after with the utmost care (e.g. quietness, prevention of scratching, cleanliness and compatibility with other animals living on site).
