In the tiny village of Vieux, surrounded by vineyards and typical of Tarn's Little Tuscany with its white stone houses, this house enjoys a privileged setting in the heart of the Gaillac Vineyard. The area is particularly well-suited to wine tourism, with numerous opportunities to meet winegrowers, taste wines at neighboring estates and enjoy summer aperitif concerts in the surrounding villages. In the immediate vicinity, discover the Albigensian bastides, veritable jewels of medieval heritage, including Cordes-sur-Ciel, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages, as well as Castelnau-de-Montmiral, Puycelsi and Bruniquel. Hiking through woods and vineyards, hilltop villages, farmers' markets and the gentle pace of life make this an ideal destination for a family getaway. The house, built entirely of limestone and typical of the Albigensian bastides, offers a warm atmosphere and a high standard of equipment. It can accommodate up to 6 people, and the first floor features a large, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, dishwasher, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, kettle and crockery for 12 people. A large dining area for 8 people and a small television complete this convivial space. The kitchen opens directly onto a vast private terrace, dug into the white rock, furnished with a large table for 10 to 12 people, 6 chairs and numerous cushions arranged on the low wall for comfortable seating. The bright living room opens onto the private garden and a sunny terrace with a small sitting area for relaxing. Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises: - 1 double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) - 1 double bedroom with a double bed (140cm) - 2 single beds (90 x 200cm) on the large attic mezzanine The bathroom features a double washbasin, a bathtub, a heated towel rail, bath towels, a hairdryer and organic body products.
