Set in the peaceful village of Vieux, amidst the vineyards and rolling countryside of Tarn's Little Tuscany, this Holiday cottage enjoys an authentic setting in the heart of the Vineyard of Gaillac. The white stone houses, the tranquil setting and the immediate proximity of the vineyards make this a privileged destination for wine lovers and those who enjoy green holidays. Throughout the year, there's plenty of opportunity to discover local know-how, from wine tastings at the wineries to summer events and aperitif concerts in neighboring villages. From the Holiday cottage, you can explore the most beautiful bastides of Albi for cultural and gourmet escapades. Cordes-sur-Ciel, perched on its promontory and listed as one of France's most beautiful villages, captivates with its medieval heritage and exceptional panoramas. Castelnau-de-Montmiral, Puycelsi and Bruniquel round off these must-see discoveries. The area is also ideal for Hiking through woods and vineyards, visiting farmers' markets and strolling through hilltop villages, for a relaxing family holiday. The Holiday cottage is built entirely of limestone, in the style of the Albigensian bastides, and offers a warm atmosphere and a high standard of equipment. It can accommodate up to 8 people and comprises a 6-person house and, below it, an independent 2-person studio, making it possible to accommodate families or groups while preserving privacy and everyone's pace of life. On the first floor, the main house has a large, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker and dining table. A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and cleaning accessories, plus a separate toilet, complete this level. The bright living room opens onto the private garden and a sunny terrace with a small lounge. Upstairs, the house's sleeping area comprises: - 1 double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) - 1 double bedroom with a double bed (140cm) - 2 single beds (90 x 200cm) on the large attic mezzanine The bathroom is equipped with a double washbasin, a bathtub, a heated towel rail, bath towels, a hairdryer and organic body products.

The downstairs studio, directly on the street, comfortably accommodates two people. It features a sitting area with two-seater sofa, two armchairs and TV, as well as a functional kitchenette with stone sink, two induction hobs, microwave oven, fridge, Senseo coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The sleeping area features a 160 cm queen-size bed with blackout curtains and fan. Bed linen and towels provided, housekeeping included Outside, you'll enjoy a private garden not overlooked, two large terraces, garden furniture and a large table for 12 people. A small, intimate above-ground wooden Piscine, 3 m in diameter and 110 cm high, set in white stone, completes the picture.
