La Petite Tannerie

On the right bank of the Tarn, behind Albi's "Central Park", you can reach the heart of the City in just 10 minutes on foot from the Cathédrale Sainte-Cécile and the Unesco-listed perimeter, via the Pont-Vieux, dating back to the 12th century! Don't miss the panoramic view from the Musée Lapérouse esplanade, a picture-postcard view of Albi.


** HOLIDAY COTTAGE **

A professionally renovated Holiday cottage - a former hides washer - sleeps 2 on one level, and can accommodate two extra people thanks to a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. A small staircase in the gravel driveway leads to the Petite Tannerie.

Terrace, barbecue and PRIVATE swimming pool, all set in a 1500m² walled garden, greenery and views of the Cathedral bell tower, and all in the heart of the City!

Living room with open-plan kitchen and dining table, sofa-bed area with wood-burning stove and TV. Kitchen equipped with oven, small dishwasher, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster and blender. Reversible air-conditioning.
One bedroom with 140x190cm bed, bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC.

La Petite Tannerie is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, overlooking the Pratgraussals park and Base de loisirs.

The secure automatic gate is ideal for storing bicycles and scooters (and small cars). It closes by itself.
