La Petite Tannerie

A Piscine, a large garden, peace and quiet, and all in the City. La Petite Tannerie has quite a history: the Holiday cottage is an old hides washery, totally renovated of course, into a cosy and comfortable cottage.

On the right bank of the Tarn, behind Albi’s “Central Park,” it’s a 10-minute walk to the heart of the city, near Sainte-Cécile Cathedral and the UNESCO-listed historic district. Via a magnificent footbridge and a breathtaking viewpoint, the picture-perfect view of Albi unfolds before your eyes.


** THE HOLIDAY COTTAGE **

A professionally renovated holiday cottage—a former tannery washhouse—ideal for two people. It’s all on one level but can accommodate two additional guests thanks to a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room. A small staircase through the gravel paths leads to La Petite Tannerie.

Terrace, barbecue, fire pit, and private Piscine for your exclusive use, all set in a 1,500 m² enclosed garden with lush greenery and a view of the cathedral’s bell tower—and all right in the heart of the City!

La Petite Tannerie is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, overlooking the park and Pratgraussals Base de loisirs. Please note that you’ll need to use a small staircase in the garden to access the holiday cottage.

The secure automatic gate allows you to store bicycles and a scooter (as well as a small car) safely. It closes automatically.
Parking for your car is available in the cul-de-sac 100 meters away, where you can park for free.
