** LE GITE **
Renovated house and single-storey gîte. Richard and Laurence live upstairs with their terrace opposite, and the gîte occupies the entire first floor of the house, with a private terrace at the front. Outside, a number of landscaped areas offer privacy and independence.
- Large living room with fully-equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, American fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, Senseo and piston coffee makers... Plancha, raclette and fondue available on request.
- Lounge area with TV and sofa bed (sleeps 2)
- Air-conditioned bedroom with 160x200cm bed
- Second bedroom with 140x190cm bed and baby cot
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and washing machine,
- separate toilet
In front of the living room, a covered terrace for meals. A video surveillance camera in the corner opens the gate. Access to the entire exterior, fully fenced. Petanque court with boules available.
Swimming pool shared with owners. Open from mid-April to mid-October, weather permitting, 10x5m, 1.50m deep, with a beach step. In front of the pool, access to the equipped pool house (bar, fridge, coffee maker, table and seating). An outdoor shower completes the relaxation area around the pool and its deckchairs.
Access to the gîte via a shared entrance, where you can park your car safely in front of the house. Access to the gîte is independent of the owners' access on the other side.
