The City of Albi, with its Episcopal city listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is 18km away. The Vineyards of Gaillac and Cordes-sur-Ciel are 40 km away.


This Holiday cottage is ideal for a couple of friends or a family with grown-up Kids. With its two shower rooms, two fully-equipped kitchens and two connected TVs, you'll be able to enjoy separate moments at different rhythms, while still being able to meet up in the dining room, on the terrace, in the garden or in the playroom. You'll appreciate the freshness of the stone in this room around the ping-pong table or by the bar.

Two separate bedrooms comfortably sleep 4. An extra bed sofa is available in the living room.
The games room and laundry room are on the first floor, with access from the garden.

The Holiday cottage comprises :
- a 9 m² bedroom with a 160x200cm bed,
- shower room (shower, WC),
- a 22 m² fully-equipped kitchen/living room (induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, crockery, coffee maker, etc.), a 140x190cm sofa bed and a connected TV,
- a 22 m² studio with a 140x190cm bed, a storage cupboard and a connected TV,
- a shower room (shower, WC),
- a second 9 m² kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, crockery, coffee maker...).

Downstairs, accessed via the garden, is the 60 m² gaming room (ping-pong table and board games) and a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge-freezer.
