You're at the gateway to the Mountain Noire, a stone's throw from the Passa Païs greenway linking Mazamet to Bédarieux, a popular route for cyclists and hikers, dotted with wooded landscapes and tunnels. Just a few kilometers away, discover Mazamet and its famous suspended footbridge, the medieval village of Hautpoul, the Lake des Montagnès for swimming, or the forests of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people and is organized around generous rooms
On the first floor, the independent, well-equipped kitchen opens onto a beautiful terrace, perfect for outdoor meals. The large living area includes the dining room and, a few steps up, the living room with connected TV. The double-sided fireplace, visible from both areas, adds a warm touch (wood supplied).

Also on this level :
- three bedrooms with 140x190 beds,
- bathroom with bathtub,
- and a separate toilet.

A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where a light-filled mezzanine invites you to read or relax. It leads to a fourth bedroom with a 160x200 bed, private shower room and separate toilet.

On the garden side, everything is in place to make the most of fine weather:
- a large private swimming pool (11 x 5.5 m, up to 2.80 m deep), secured by an approved fence,
- a terrace divided into two distinct areas: a dining area with barbecue, and a sitting area for relaxing,
- a practical pool house with shower and WC,
- a vast unenclosed garden, between sun and shade.

An ideal place to enjoy the gentle Tarn way of life.
