Situated just 15 minutes from Albi city center, 20 minutes from Cordes-sur-Ciel, and 1 hour from Toulouse, this Holiday cottage offers you a true interlude of serenity.
Set in the heart of an old 19th-century farmhouse, in the middle of a 5-hectare park, bordered by a tranquil lake where you can spot our two donkeys and pony - a real treat for Kids.
Right next door, the Cap Découverte leisure complex, built on the site of a former open-cast mine, offers a wide range of activities for young and old alike: supervised swimming, Dévalkart, synthetic skiing...

On the first floor, you'll find:
* living/dining room with fireplace, comfortable corner sofa, table for 6, TV
* fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Tassimo coffee machine...
* bathroom (bath, wc)
First floor:
* bedroom with double bed 160x200
* second bedroom with double bed 140x200
* between the two bedrooms, a sleeping area (trundle beds) can accommodate one or two extra people.

In front of the Holiday cottage, you'll find a shaded dining area with table, parasol and comfortable chairs for relaxing in the shade of the plane tree.

Nature-wise, the Tarn abounds in varied landscapes: forests, hills, causses, valleys and a vast network of Hiking trails accessible to all, from families to experienced walkers. Bikers will appreciate the surrounding itineraries, notably to the Aveyron Gorges or the rolling Vineyard of Gaillac.
