Located in Milhars, a charming village in Occitan Tuscany, La Maison du Notaire invites you to discover a region rich in history and landscapes. Just a few kilometers away, Cordes-sur-Ciel, a perched medieval city, and Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, promise unforgettable visits. Stroll through the cobbled streets, admire the Gothic facades and enjoy the Museums, including the famous Toulouse-Lautrec Museum. The surrounding bastides, farmers' markets and Hiking trails offer total immersion in the Occitan art of living. Nature lovers will appreciate the walks along the Aveyron and the panoramic views over the green hills. Wine lovers can discover Gaillac and its renowned vineyards.

The Holiday cottage, adjoining another property, offers a calm and friendly setting for a stay with family or friends. On the first floor, you'll find a bright living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, pod coffee maker), a dining area and a cosy sitting room with fireplace, ideal for cocooning evenings. This room opens onto a terrace where you can enjoy your meals al fresco or organize a barbecue.

Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises :
- a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190)
- A large bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190)
A bathroom with shower, bath and WC completes this floor.

Outside, a terrace with a lovely view awaits you for convivial moments. A small shared green space is accessible to the side of the house, and parking is available in the municipal parking lot 150 m away. The Holiday cottage also has air conditioning throughout for a pleasant vacation in any season.
