A picturesque Tarn house typical of the Gaillacois region, restored and equipped with every comfort for a relaxing, peaceful stay in the heart of a region with a thousand-year-old heritage.

You're in the heart of the Vineyard, halfway between Cordes-sur-Ciel, Gaillac and Albi, whose Episcopal City was recently listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.


** HOLIDAY COTTAGE **
Totally independent, set in 2 hectares of grounds, with private fenced swimming pool.

- First floor: living room with 4K TV and wood-burning stove, fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and second fridge-freezer, and bathroom with bath and toilet.
Behind the living room is an extra bedroom, curtained off for additional sleeping if required.

- Upstairs: a master suite with a 160x200cm bed, two further bedrooms (one with a 140cm bed and a 120cm bed, and the second narrower one with a 140cm double bed and a 90cm single bed for Kids).
Also on the first floor, a bathroom with bath and washbasin, and a shower room with toilet.

- Outside: large terrace in front of the kitchen for al fresco dining, and a second, fully-covered terrace behind the Holiday cottage with pleasant garden furniture.
Private, gated Piscine. 12x5m Piscine with deckchairs and parasols.

Easy parking close to the Holiday cottage, under the shade of large oak trees. Baby equipment on request: cot, bath and high chair.


The Holiday cottage is located near the wine-making village of Cahuzac-sur-Vère, at the top of a hill, surrounded by a park planted with magnificent oaks, flowering hedges and fragrant honeysuckle. A few horses graze in a meadow above the Holiday cottage. Kids can frolic in the park and woods, while you relax by the Piscine.
