Carefully renovated, this detached 250 m² family home, air-conditioned and equipped with wifi, can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. It elegantly blends noble materials, spacious accommodation and the charm of the Countryside.

On the first floor, the large living area features a well-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and a cosy lounge with fireplace and wood-burning stove (wood supplied). A second independent living room with connected screen allows you to read or share a film.
Two bedrooms are located on this level:
- a master bedroom with 180x200 bed, shower room and WC
- a family room with 2 Bunk beds 90x200 + 1 bed 180x200 (modular), shower room and WC

Upstairs, three attractive double bedrooms, each with 180x200 bed and private bathroom (two with shower room and WC, one with bathroom and WC).

At the rear of the house, the shaded terrace is perfect for breakfasts. The unenclosed garden opens onto the estate's rows of vines.
You'll enjoy a private, heated, alarmed Piscine with sunbathing area.
