La Maison de Germain

In Dourgne, La Maison de Germain is literally at the foot of the Mountain Noire, between the Pays de Cocagne and the Pays Cathare, the ideal starting point for exploring the mountains, enjoying nature and walking the many marked trails that wind through forests and lakes.

At Lake Saint-Ferréol, you'll enjoy a fully equipped beach (supervised swimming), picnic areas and water sports activities. In autumn, the surrounding forests become a playground for mushroom pickers. History and culture buffs will love the Abbaye Ecole de Sorèze, Castres and its Goya Museum, and the authentic Lautrec windmill. The Cité de Carcassonne and the Cité Episcopale in Albi are of course not to be missed, listed as World Heritage Sites for their exceptional character. In winter, the Mountain is ideal for quiet walks or photo shoots.

La Maison de Germain is perfectly equipped to accommodate 6 people, and offers a friendly, family atmosphere. You'll find all modern comforts, including reversible air-conditioning, much appreciated on hot summer days.

On the first floor, the kitchen opens onto the living area and is equipped with everything you need for cooking, including a full range of appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc., and even an Air Fryer and Blender). The lounge area invites you to relax and read, with a small library and a connected TV. The shower room and toilet are also on this level.

Upstairs, there's a toilet and two welcoming bedrooms, each for 3 people:
- Chambre Isaac (22 m²): one 140x190 bed and one 90x190 bed
- Chambre Nicole et Germain (25 m²): one bed 160x200 and one bed 90x190

Outside, enjoy the terrace with its pleasant garden furniture. The private, enclosed 200 m² garden is ideal for entertaining family and friends, with barbecue, wooden picnic table, wooden sun loungers and table tennis.

All inclusive: Bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning service.
