La Maison de Clément

This house has a history, it's Clément's house, you probably know it, it's the Clément Termes winery.

Clément's family welcomes you to the heart of the winery in a charming Holiday cottage next to the tasting cellar and winery, with a beautiful view of the vines. Share their passion through a wine tasting in the cellar.
Discover the history of the estate with the Balade de Clément, a wine tour of the Château Clément Termes vineyards, accessible from the gîte. For Kids, discover Clément's "P'tite énigme" with a game along the way.

THE GITE :
We've thought of everything to ensure your Wellbeing and comfort in this beautiful home, with its fine materials, comfortable bedding and welcome kit. For your summer vacations, the thick walls keep the coolness in, so don't look for air-conditioning here!

First floor:
- kitchen opening onto living room with central island and bar for aperitifs. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, Nespresso and piston coffee-maker, kettle.
- living room with TV, Bluetooth audio speaker, sofas and wood-burning stove (logs provided)
- laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Separate toilet
- Osmen bedroom with double bed and private bathroom (large shower, double basin)
- bedroom Ernestine with 3 twin beds

First floor:
- Clément bedroom with double bed and chaise longue convertible into a single bed
- Pierre bedroom with 2 twin beds
- Alice room with double bed
- all upstairs bedrooms have private bathrooms. Two toilets (one in the bathroom, the other separate).
All double beds are 180x200cm

Outside: large park with garden table, deckchair and sun lounger. Kids are not forgotten with inflatable games for the Piscine, balls, molki, badminton set, tricycles and bikes... And of course, the private, fenced-in Piscine. Dimensions: 8 x 3.5 m with beach step, max. depth 1.60 m. Piscine open: early May to late September, weather permitting.
