Beautiful 16th-century half-timbered house with enclosed garden and private swimming pool, halfway between Albi and Gaillac, Durestat is a haven of peace and tranquility, nestled on the banks of the Tarn.

Our Holiday cottages are recognized as "Art de Vivre" homes, with their meticulous decoration and refined atmosphere, as well as their use of heritage features that have stood the test of time.

You'll fall under the spell of this pretty house in the little hamlet of Durestat, on the banks of the Tarn, tastefully restored and furnished. Haaa, the charm of old houses!

- First floor: living room with dining table and sitting area with TV, semi-open kitchen, small laundry room and separate toilet.
* Kitchen equipped with filter and Nespresso® coffee makers, toaster, kettle, juicer, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, built-in oven and dishwasher.

- Upstairs: two bedrooms, one with a 160x200cm double bed and the second with two 110x190cm single beds. Bathroom with bath, single washbasin and toilet. The upstairs benefits from air-conditioning.

Exteriors: small, enclosed, well-planted garden with year-round private Piscine. Dimensions approx. 6x4m, ovoid shape with 1.10m flat bottom (1.30m with steps).

Complete baby equipment: changing mat, cot, baby bed, baby bath and baby high chair.
Electric heating. On-site parking

One pet allowed (under 10kg) with prior agreement of owner.
