La Laurière

The village stone walls are an integral part of the house. The hamlet of Fontbelle, where the Holiday cottage is located, lies at an altitude of over 500m. Rolling countryside, surrounding mountains and guaranteed coolness. It's the ideal place to get away from it all, with Hiking departures from the village.

Situated in the east of the Tarn département, the Monts de Lacaune is a green, forested and livestock-raising region. The Lacaune breed of sheep is well represented, and its milk is used to make the famous Roquefort cheese. The nearby Viane dairy can be visited. This valley, once a spa, has preserved its Casino. Nearby: Castres, birthplace of Jean-Jaurès, famous for its colorful houses overlooking the river.


** HOLIDAY COTTAGE **

This is Patricia and Jean-Jacques' main home, which they rent out in summer so that they can enjoy the Sea from their side. You'll find all the comforts and facilities of home.

The living room on the first floor :
- entrance via veranda with dining table
- kitchen/living room with fully-equipped open kitchen, living room with large connected TV, Netflix
* kitchen with american fridge, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker with ground coffee pods and filter coffee, blender, chopper, immersion blender, whistle, mixer...
- separate toilet
- bedroom with 160x200cm bed and private bathroom (large washbasin and shower)

Lower level: from living room, slightly sloping staircase to lower level
- laundry room: washing machine and dryer,
- bedroom with 2 single beds. From this bedroom, access to a small corridor with shower room (shower, washbasin and toilet) and a second bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed.

Exteriors: gravel and terraces, gated and secure grounds with possibility of parking a car in the courtyard. A covered terrace area with barbecue, plancha and table. A second elevated terrace to soak up the sun!
