For a refreshing dip in the pool, the Aquaval leisure center in Lautrec is just 20 minutes away, with its lakes, picnic area and pools with water slides. Or, 20 minutes away in Albi, the Atlantis aquatic center is open all year round, with indoor and outdoor pools open in summer.

Peace and quiet are guaranteed with this totally independent house located at the end of a hamlet of around twenty houses.
Bungalow with simple, independent comforts. The owner lives 1km away, close to his son's farm.

- bathroom with single washbasin and shower
- separate toilet accessible from the living room, in the entrance hall

Private fishing lake just 250m walk from the Holiday cottage (no swimming, no facilities). Roach and carp.

The Massaliès farm with Limousin cows and meat sheep, taken over by Jean-Claude's son, is 800m away on foot. Organic farm with cereal production and a few fruit trees. Jean-Claude will be delighted to show you around on request.
