La Grave

In the heart of the Pays de Cocagne, surrounded by vineyards, groves and meadows, This Holiday cottage offers total independence and peace and quiet in its 2000 m² enclosed park planted with trees, where birds and squirrels come to visit you.

Backed by a grove and bordered by vines, you'll have the opportunity to taste the grapes in season. Ideally located in the center of the Albi-Castres-Toulouse triangle, you'll have plenty of time to discover this colorful and flavorful region: the blue of pastel, the red of saffron, whose cultivation is being revived in the Tarn, the Gaillac vineyards... and to take full advantage of the gently rolling countryside that you'll be able to criss-cross through woods, meadows and vineyards.

Another contrasting aspect of this region is the leather industry, which once made Graulhet, 6km away, world-famous. Today, you can discover the skills and trades of the leatherworkers at the Maison des Métiers du Cuir, a museum housed in a former leatherworks.

Shops are 2 km away, including a bakery, pharmacy, butcher and hairdresser, and 6 km for supermarkets. Hiking trails are nearby.

As in the photo, you'll be able to watch the squirrel family nibbling on the seeds they've brought along, and realize that you're in bird heaven.
