The old village bakery becomes the setting for your vacation

In Ambres, in the Tarn region, this former village bakery has been converted into a large family home, just a stone's throw from Lavaur. The location is ideal: just off the A68 motorway, close to Albi, Toulouse, the Gaillac vineyards and the heart of the Pays de Cocagne. The setting is both easily accessible and unoverlooked, perfect for a stay with friends or family.
From the house, you can explore Lavaur and its cathedral, stroll around the farmers' markets, discover the Martels garden or head off to the Albigensian bastides, the hilly paths of the Tarn, and of course, visit Albi, a UNESCO-listed city.

With its 300 m², the house, in the heart of the village, can accommodate up to 14 people.
On the first floor, the house is organized around an entrance hall. On one side, a well-equipped, functional kitchen for large gatherings, a shower room with a practical toilet back onto the Piscine, and a laundry room.
On the other, a lovely dining area with a preserved bread oven, extended by a cosy living room with connected TV and pellet stove (supplied).

Upstairs, Kids will enjoy a dedicated gaming room (DVD, LEGO, games...).
8 bedrooms (6 doubles and 2 singles), each with a desk and storage space:
- 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed and baby bed
- 2 bedrooms with 120x200 beds
- 5 bedrooms with 140x200 beds
3 bathrooms, 3 WCs

Outside, there's plenty to enjoy: a shaded terrace, a secure private swimming pool (8x4 m - 1.2m/1.8m deep, covered by a dome), an enclosed garden with swing, Cabin, games, barbecue, and a shelter with small fridge and plancha for your summer meals.

Also on site: a 60 m² meeting room with PRM access and professional equipment: interactive screen, fiber, bar area, adapted sanitary facilities.
