In an old mill in the heart of the Monts d'Alban, experience a large, friendly Holiday cottage, just a stone's throw from Albi and the most beautiful villages in the Tarn.

In Villefranche-d'Albigeois, in the green valley of the Assou river, this spacious vacation cottage welcomes you for group vacations in an authentic setting where exposed wood and stone create a warm atmosphere. Near Albi, a UNESCO-listed episcopal city, you can stroll through its medieval streets, visit Ste-Cécile Cathedral and the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum. The nearby villages of Ambialet and Réalmont offer unique panoramas and walks along the river Tarn. For something different, take a trip to Cordes-sur-Ciel or Monestiés. Nature lovers will appreciate the trails of the Monts d'Alban and the views over the valleys. For gourmets, local markets and Tarn specialities.

On the first floor, a large living area encourages conviviality: fully-equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, filter coffee maker), dining area and lounge with fireplace and TV.

Upstairs, several bedrooms divided into 2 areas:

- In the attic, two additional sleeping areas: one bedroom with 1 single bed 90x190 and a second (windowless) bedroom with 1 single bed 90x190.

Outside, enjoy a private, enclosed garden, a terrace with table for outdoor meals and a barbecue. The communal swimming pool (4 x 8m, 1.5 m deep), secured by fencing, is open from June to end of September and offers a lovely relaxation area to share with the neighboring Holiday cottage (G1414). A stream with a small waterfall brings freshness and charm; Fishing is possible during authorized periods (1st category with permit).
The entire estate can be rented for up to 23 people (G1415).
