Close to the famous Gaillac vineyards and just a few kilometers from Cordes-sur-Ciel, a medieval town voted "Favorite Village of the French" in 2014, the gîte is the perfect base for discovering the historic and cultural treasures of the Tarn region. Explore the surrounding bastides, such as Castelnau-de-Montmiral or Puycelsi, and visit the local markets. Albi, with its majestic Sainte-Cécile cathedral (a UNESCO World Heritage site), Toulouse Lautrec museum and typical narrow streets, is a must-see.

The house, with a generous surface area of 256 m², offers pleasant comfort for a stay with family or friends. Sleeping up to 12 people, it boasts spacious living areas and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It's really two houses in one! There are two kitchens, two living rooms, each with a TV, and two dining rooms, so that everyone can enjoy moments of conviviality or relaxation, 2 shower rooms and 2 bathrooms. Wi-Fi connection is available throughout most of the house.

First floor: As you enter the house, you'll immediately be seduced by the large, bright living room, which opens onto one of the two kitchens. The open, fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for shared meals, with everything you need close at hand.
Also on the first floor, you'll find a comfortable double bedroom with a 160x200 bed, plus a shower room, ideal for those preferring to avoid the stairs.
A games room with billiards (140cm) and table soccer completes the space, guaranteeing fun for young and old alike.
On this level, in the other part of the house, another separate kitchen adjoins a living room with a fireplace, inviting warm moments around the fire on cooler evenings.

Upstairs: The first floor features several spacious bedrooms divided between two separate areas, of
