La Grande maison d'Emilie consists of the Maison d'Emilie and its barn, a beautiful 18th-century manor house with a PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL. It is designed for 8 ADULTS and two Kids and a baby with a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom and 3 toilets. Large living room and kitchen.

- First floor of Emilie's house: entrance, family kitchen with dining table, large living room with sitting area and TV, wc, storeroom (washing machine).
* Kitchen equipped with filter coffee maker and Nespresso® coffee maker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, stove with oven, dishwasher.
* From the entrance, you can access the other part of the Holiday cottage (La Grange d'Emilie), also accessible from the outside.
- First floor of La Grange d'Emilie: living room with open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, sitting area with sofa and TV, opening via a large bay window (after two steps) onto the terrace (table, deckchair).

- First floor: three bedrooms, separate bathroom (bath and shower), wc.
* Bedroom 1: 160cm bed and Kids' bed
* Bedroom 2: a 90cm bed and a second 110cm single bed.
* Bedroom 3: 160cm bed and Kids bed in alcove. Private bathroom with shower.
- Upstairs (air-conditioned) of La Grange d'Emilie (wrought-iron spiral staircase): bedroom with 160cm bed, shower room with basin and toilet.

Holiday cottage Fishing: famous spot for carp and catfish. Possibility of leaving your boat trailer in a safe place and mooring your boat, small Cabin for storing your equipment.

Only one pet allowed (under 10kg) with the owner's prior agreement. Pets only allowed in the Maison d'Emilie (not in the Barn).
Electricity, heating and water on consumption statement. Central heating.
