Family vacations, tribal get-togethers, Kids running around in the garden or taking advantage of the large heated Piscine. The Holiday cottage de la Gacharié is ideal for this, comprising several beautifully restored houses and barns.
The medieval town of Cordes-sur-Ciel, the castle of Najac and the Episcopal city of Albi, a World Heritage site, are all nearby. The place is relaxing, the Countryside so gentle, rolling and wooded, at the gateway to Ségala and the Pays des Bastides. The Viaur valley and the Aveyron Gorges will refresh you, before you enjoy the warm summer evenings in the magnificent garden.


** HOLIDAY COTTAGE **
Made up of old dwellings typical of a small hamlet in the Ségala region, they are arranged around a large, pleasant garden. The owners have completely renovated the various dwellings, creating communication links between them.


**CHATAIGNE for 4 people: access to 1st floor via outside staircase
- Living room with kitchen opening onto dining room and lounge area with wood-burning stove in the center of the room, TV and air-conditioning.
- On the same level: bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet in hallway
- Access to the first floor via a spiral staircase: a wooden walkway overlooks the living room and leads to a master bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a baby bed with bars, air-conditioning. On the other side of the walkway, an open bedroom (closed with curtains) with two 80x190cm single beds.


**PERVENCHE: from "Chataîgne", you enter the "Pervenche" area, a large room for 3 people.
- 160x190cm bed and 90x190cm bed, TV and air-conditioning.
- Bathroom with small bath, sink and toilet. Changing table.
Below "Pervenche" is a large, open-plan, walk-through space for your whole tribe to gather around a large table. Laundry room with washing machine and toilet.


**3-person FOUGERE: access to the 1st floor from outside, or from the "Pervenche" area.
- Living room with sofa, TV, air-conditioning, Kids' games, dining table and open kitchen
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and single washbasin. Separate toilet
- Bedroom with 90x190cm bed and 140x190cm bed behind a half-wall (room can be closed with a curtain)


**2-person CHAPUCINE: small house set back from the others.
- Ground-floor bedroom accessible from outside, with en-suite shower room (shower and sink). Separate toilet.
- Upstairs: living room with kitchen opening onto dining room and sitting area with TV.
- Private terrace for "Capucine" with iron table and chairs.


**OUTSIDE: very large garden surrounding all accommodation. Piscine heated and open from mid-May to end-September, weather permitting, with a fully-equipped open kitchen next to the pool (gas hob, oven, microwave, French press and filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, etc.). 10x5m Piscine.
Outside, you'll also find a petanque court, not far from the Kids' play area with trampoline, swing and slide, sandpit.
There's also an inflatable jacuzzi open from May to October. Ping-pong table not far from the parking lot.



In total, La Gacharié offers 280m² of living space in 4 different areas, including 5 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms (one of which is a bathroom), 5 wc, 4 kitchens (one of which is an outdoor kitchen) and numerous indoor and outdoor living areas.
