This gîte is an old farmhouse dating from 1730, completely renovated to combine modernity and old-world charm. La Frégère is located at the foot of the Montagne Noire, close to shops and services.

Ideal for family gatherings or friends, allowing you to get together while staying separately.
Gîte classified under the Vélo Tourisme label (greenway nearby) and the Pêche label (family fishing pond - Lo Bruguet, and no-kill course nearby for experienced anglers on the Le Thoré river). A recharging point for electric cars is 200 meters away in the village.


** MAIN ACCOMMODATION **
Fully restored farmhouse for up to 12 guests:
- 5 bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed. The bedrooms are on the first and second floors.
- 2 shower rooms and 3 toilets: one shower room on the second floor with separate toilet. Second shower room on second floor with separate toilet. 1 separate toilet on first floor
- 2 beds in the living room in the large sofa bed
Living room with sitting area, TV and Gllum is cool dining table, following the fully equipped kitchen. After the kitchen, a small room leads to a large party room (included with the rental of the gîte).
- The kitchen: oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, filter, Senseo® and Dolce Gusto® pod coffee makers, kettle, toaster, microwave, blender... Crockery and cutlery for 25 people are available in the large dining room.


** Reception / party room: sound system, connected loudspeaker with overhead projector connected to an amplifier + speaker to connect your smartphone, light effects for lively evenings. 95m² room with toilet and terrace. Bar with sink and ice maker, crockery.

** Adjoining the party room, a games room with table soccer, billiards, arcade game, pinball machine, Sega® terminal, darts, board games and table tennis.
