La Fontguy

The gîte de La Fontguy is located in the countryside, 2 km from the village and 15 minutes from Castres and Mazamet.

Its terrace and shady grounds invite you to relax. But if you like to discover and visit, the causses, lakes (fishing, swimming, water sports...), forests, garrigues, caves, the Montagne Noire and the Sidobre will enchant you. Magnificent little villages, the Pays de Cocagne and why not Albi, Carcassonne and even a day on the Mediterranean (100 km) await you. Museums abound in the land of Jaurès, Toulouse Lautrec, the Cathars and the former world capital of délainage (Mazamet). Nature, art and history await you!





** LE GITE **

Former farmhouse divided between the gîte and the owners' house, separated by a half-storey. The gîte is on the north side, and the owners' house is on the other side, facing south and therefore not overlooked.

Independent, unoverlooked entrance with access from private road. Access to the gîte via an outside staircase leading to the terrace. The gîte and terrace are then on the same level.

- Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, mini-oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, filter coffee maker, fridge with freezer, blender and raclette machine.
- Open-plan living room with sofa, TV and DVD player, board games, books and open fireplace (wood supplied).
- Bedroom with 160x200cm bed
- Second bedroom with double bed (140x190cm) and single bed (90cm)
- Bathroom with bath, single washbasin and washing machine. Separate toilet

Outside, a lovely shady park of almost 2000m² with garden furniture. A washbasin, charcoal barbecue and wood for the fireplace are available under the gîte terrace.

Parking is available in front of the gîte. Baby equipment available. Central heating (the gite is very well heated).
