In the heart of the rolling countryside typical of the Tarn region, this large, family-run Holiday cottage welcomes you to a peaceful, verdant setting. Nearby, you can explore Lautrec, famous for its pink garlic and its mill, Castres and its Goya museum, or Albi, a UNESCO-listed episcopal city. You're also close to the trails of the Agout valley and the Sidobre massif, ideal for nature walks.

This spacious, well-equipped 180 m² semi-detached Holiday cottage is perfect for up to 8 people. It's part of a lively, friendly estate, shared with three other accommodations (including G6012 and G6013), where animals, wide-open spaces and outdoor activities delight young and old alike.

On the first floor, the well-equipped self-contained kitchen opens directly onto a shaded terrace with barbecue. A dining room and living room with connected TV provide a cosy setting for meals or family evenings. An adjoining room, also equipped with a screen, is ideal for Kids' games or a quiet moment. This level also includes a bathroom with WC.

Upstairs, the four bedrooms are arranged around a large landing:
- Two bedrooms with 180x200 beds, each with private shower room and WC
- One bedroom with 80x200 trundle bed, en-suite shower room and WC
- One bedroom with two 90x200 beds

Outside, a shared heated swimming pool (12 x 6 m), secured by a fence, portico, trampoline, table tennis, table soccer, darts, as well as horses, cats, dogs and chickens on site.
The estate, which is not enclosed, has fiber-optic wifi throughout. Parking is available.
Washing machines and tumble dryers are available for shared use.
