It was the hay store that fed the animals in winter. Welcome to the château's former tenant farm, built in the 18th century to ensure total self-sufficiency for its inhabitants. We have preserved the spirit of this building and renovated it so that each Holiday cottage retains its original character. The presence of several Holiday cottages makes it possible to meet up with family or friends while remaining independent.

The spirit of the building has been preserved and renovated so that each Holiday cottage retains its original character.
This Holiday cottage, La Fénial, shares the exterior, the Piscine and the gaming room with the other Holiday cottages on site: L'Ostal (réf. G443), La Fournière (réf. G1503), L'Estable (réf. G1405) and La Bergerie (réf. G1421). If you wish to rent all 5 Holiday cottages, this gives you a total of 27 beds.
** LE GITE DE LA FENIAL ** HOLIDAY COTTAGE
On one level (just one step outside):
- living room with sofa and TV, wooden dining table and open-plan kitchen: microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, fridge-freezer, gas stove unit with small oven and small dishwasher
- bedroom with double bed 140x190cm,
- bedroom with two single beds 90x190cm,
- bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin,
- separate toilet.
Outside: private garden with apple trees, opposite the entrance, on the other side of the small road. Alternatively, on the other side of the Holiday cottage you can enjoy a shaded terrace with a private table next to the other tables (for the other Holiday cottages), access to the wood-burning barbecue and all with a magnificent view over the valley!
Shared gaming room in the former stables with TV, table tennis, table soccer and board games. Two shared washing machines.
You can park in front of the Holiday cottage, just a few meters away (no cars inside the accommodation).
Piscine to share, fenced, open from April to October, weather permitting.
Dimensions: 10x5 with paddling step. Depth: 1.10 to 1.60 meters.
Saint André is situated on a rocky spur in the foothills of the Monts de Lacaune, with a 15th-century château.
In Alban and Trébas you'll find small farmers' markets for local produce, and in Trébas a Base de loisirs.

Cette maison est dans notre famille depuis sa construction. Je suis née à Saint André et ma vie professionnelle terminée, je reviens vers mes racines avec ma famille et reprends les gîtes. Je voudrais y faire partager ma passion pour ce village et pour cette vie au milieu de la nature.

Johannes Gîte simple avec peu de commodités; bel endroit
La vue était belle du côté jardin de la maison, mais malheureusement, nous étions à l'arrière. La piscine avait l'air bien entretenue, mais en raison du temps médiocre, nous ne l'avons pas utilisée. Belle terrasse couverte côté jardin. La salle de bain était bien entretenue. L'équipement de cuisine était suffisant, comme un lave-vaisselle et un four, mais la plupart des choses étaient très datées. L'hôtesse était extrêmement sympathique. La maison est située au sommet d'une colline, très isolée, mais idéale pour les personnes qui recherchent la paix et la tranquillité.
Le wifi était très mauvais et en grande partie même complètement absent. La décoration était très basique, pas de belles chaises pour s'asseoir, juste un petit banc en face d'une télévision; sinon, juste une table avec des chaises de table sur lesquelles vous ne voulez pas vous asseoir toute la soirée. La maison était à l'arrière de la maison, donc pas de vue (seulement à cause d'une fenêtre étroite) et en raison de l'emplacement au nord, il faisait aussi sombre toute la journée; nous avons dû garder la lumière toute la journée. Nous étions assis à l'arrière de la maison sur le côté de la route; la circulation n'était pas très dense, mais la conduite était très rapide. Parce que nous étions dans la partie ancienne de la maison, à l'arrière, nous avons dû faire le tour de la maison pour accéder à la terrasse et à la piscine; manger ou boire un peu sur la terrasse était donc difficile. Pas d'installations dans les environs immédiats tels qu'un restaurant, une boulangerie, une boucherie ou un supermarché. Pour toutes ces choses, vous devez voyager en voiture

je suis désolée que vous n'ayez pas apprécié la très grande tranquillité de Saint André qui permet une véritable déconnexion de la vie citadine
le gîte que vous aviez réservé est effectivement situé comme il est décrit dans l'annonce à l'arrière de cette bâtisse du 18ème siècle
nous vous avons proposé de changer de gîte pour un donnant directement sur la terrasse
ce que vous n'avez pas accepté du fait des prévisions météo
malheureusement nous ne sommes maître ni du temps, ni du réseau internet -
