A green vacation in every sense of the word! Situated in an unspoilt natural setting, in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Haut Languedoc, you'll enjoy a vacation in the heart of nature. The ecological wealth of the area is remarkable, with its rich flora and fauna.

The Holiday cottage is an old dairy which was used to make Roquefort cheese in the basement, while the first floor was used as a home. It was therefore natural to respect the architecture of this building when renovating it. The renovation was designed to minimize ecological impact, and to ensure that the surrounding species (bats, swallows, etc.) continue to live there. Local craftsmen contributed to the renovation of this Holiday cottage using materials such as untreated local ash, natural lime plaster and fermacell.


** THE HOLIDAY COTTAGE **

Detached house, close to the owners' home (below the Holiday cottage), with private terrace. Accessibility has been designed so that there are no steps or relief on the entire first floor, including access to the shower. Although the house is equipped with underfloor heating via a heat pump, you can also enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove.

- Living room with open-plan kitchen, dining table and sofa. Kitchen equipped with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker.
- Ground-floor bedroom with 160x200cm bed and natural linen sheets.
- Bathroom with shower, sink and WC
- Mezzanine with desk area and sofa bed for 2 extra beds if required
- Upstairs bedroom: two 90x190cm single beds with natural linen sheets and baby bed.

The grounds around the Holiday cottage are fully enclosed. Parking is available in front of the Holiday cottage entrance. Washing machine available in the basement of the Holiday cottage. You're in a hamlet of around ten inhabitants, so there's no shortage of outdoor activities: Hiking trails just a few yards away, a cattle farm in the hamlet, and you're sure to come across the owners' goats, who look after the grounds.
