At the foot of the medieval village of Lautrec, one of the most beautiful villages in France, a comfortable house with a view of the colorful hills of the Pays de Cocagne and the Black Mountain in the distance.

From the terrace, you can watch the early hours of the morning as the Countryside and surrounding hills take on their colors, while you enjoy your breakfast.
Outside you'll find garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue.

The village of Lautrec is just up the road, within walking distance of all the shops: grocery store, bakery, restaurants, cafés, craftsmen, clog maker... Lautrec is also famous for its Label Rouge pink garlic, celebrated at local festivals and the bread festival in August. The Moulin overlooks the village, and the surrounding countryside is ideal for Hiking and cycling on the nearby voie verte.

Ideal for Kids, the Aquaval Base de loisirs is less than 10 minutes' walk away (swimming, slides...).
In the Tarn region, you're halfway between Castres, the Sidobre region and its legendary stones, the Gaillac Vineyard, Albi and its famous Episcopal City, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

On the first floor of the Holiday cottage, you'll find a large living room (40m²) with a sitting area (sofa, armchairs, TV) and a fully-equipped open kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster... as well as a laundry room with toilet and washing machine.
