La Chênaie du Lac - Olivier

La chênaie du Lake is a small, atypical complex of 3 Holiday cottages in the foothills of the Mountain Noire, with the Saint Ferréol lake just 100 m away (a 5-minute walk). Its nautical center offers a wide range of water sports (non-motorized), as well as climbing, mountain biking and a via ferrata.

Restaurants, ice-cream parlors and bars are just a 5-minute walk away, but we enjoy the benefits without the nuisance! Our landscaped grounds of 1.5 hectares, mainly oak trees, are part of the Parc Naturel Régional du Haut Languedoc. We have breathtaking views over the Mountain Noire and the plain from Sorèze to Mazamet.

Our large swimming pool (15x5m) is heated, covered (but can be uncovered), open all year round and has a large solarium. We've built a REAL pétanque court, half-shade, half-sun, flanked by a picnic table where you can sip your favorite drink. Hammocks are set up in the oak grove, depending on the weather (but it's ... almost ... always sunny at Saint Fé!).

Holiday cottage Olivier is a combination of two Holiday cottages (Larch - reference G1851 and Oak - reference G1852), to comfortably accommodate a large family or friends... for summer reunions or end-of-year celebrations. Olivier sleeps 9, with 4 bedrooms, two fully-equipped kitchens, a large dining table, two bathrooms, 4 WCs, two terraces...

You'll be able to gather all together, and at the same time have your share of privacy!

Our Olivier Holiday cottage :

- living room with 2 3/4-seater sofas and 4 armchairs, 1 dining room seating 10, 2 fully-equipped open kitchens (dishwasher, multifunction oven, fridge-freezer, 4-burner hob, small appliances: nespresso and filter coffee makers, food processors, etc.).

- 2 bedrooms with 160x200 beds,

- 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80x200

- 1 bedroom with 3 Cot 80x190 bunk beds

- 2 bathrooms with large walk-in showers and WC

- 2 WCS

- a laundry room with a washing machine, with access to our tumble dryer if required

Piscine, pétanque court, playground and hammock area are shared with guests of Holiday cottage Figuier (reference G1853).
