La Chênaie du Lac - Figuier

La chênaie du Lake is a small, atypical complex of 3 Holiday cottages in the foothills of the Mountain Noire, with the Saint Ferréol lake just 100 m away (a 5-minute walk). Its nautical center offers a wide range of water sports (non-motorized).

Restaurants, ice-cream parlors and bars are just a 5-minute walk away, but we enjoy the benefits without the nuisance! Our landscaped grounds of 1.5 ha, mainly oak trees, are part of the Parc Naturel Régional du Haut Languedoc. We have a breathtaking view of the Mountain Noire and the plain from Sorèze to Mazamet (visibility over 20 km).


Our large swimming pool (15x5m) is heated, covered (but can be uncovered), open all year round and has a large solarium. We've built a REAL pétanque court, half in the shade, half in the sun, flanked by a picnic table where you can sip your favorite drink. Hammocks are set up in the oak grove, depending on the weather (but it's ... almost ... always sunny at Saint Fé!).

Our Figuier Holiday cottage, the last to be built, is the largest, suitable for a family with Kids or 2 couples. It features a private terrace with flowers, barbecue, garden table and views of the Forest and Mountain.

First floor: living room with dining area and fully-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, multifunction oven, fridge-freezer, induction hob, small appliances: nespresso and piston coffee makers, food processors, etc.).

First floor:
- an east-facing bedroom with two 80x200 beds that can be twinned to form a queen-size 160x200 bed (with mattress topper), with a magnificent view of the Mountain

- the other west-facing bedroom with two 80x200 beds that can be combined to form a queen-size 160x200 bed (with mattress topper), private bathroom (shower, washbasin).

- bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin and WC

- sitting area with 2 XXL poufs, board games, books

- WC

The Piscine, pétanque court, play area (swing and table tennis) and hammock area are shared with guests of the Mélèze et Figuier holiday cottage (ref. G1851 and G1853).

A charging station for electric vehicles is also available for all guests, at an additional cost.
