Marie-France welcomes you to her home in an upstairs bedroom. The location is ideal for discovering the riches of the Pays des Bastides and the Vineyard of Gaillac. The small hamlet of Laborie lies in the heart of the Vineyard, at the foot of the hills between Gaillac and Castelnau-de-Montmiral.

You're close to Gaillac, with all the shops and services you'll need. Perfect for visiting the nearby bastides of Puycelci, Castelnau-de-Montmiral or Cordes-sur-Ciel. Live to the rhythm of the Vineyard, meet the winemakers and take part in the many events on offer: Printemps du Gaillac, Fête des Vins in August, Gaillac Primeur in November and many other events to discover throughout the year.

Once you've reached the top of the stairs, you can enjoy the entire first floor (70m²), with a large landing where you can relax on deckchairs. A courtesy tray with kettle and mini-fridge is provided.

Breakfast, included in the price, is served on the family dining table or on the terrace in fine weather. Coffee, tea, yoghurt, homemade cakes and pastries await you in the morning.

Access to the house's communal rooms, to be shared with the owners and the house cat: the living room for watching TV, and the dining table in the middle of the living room.

There's plenty of green space outside! Access to the Piscine shared with the owners and occupants of the Holiday cottage (reference G1027) behind the house.
Piscine 10x5m, open from early June to early October, weather permitting.

Parking to the side of the house. Baby Equipment available on request. No table d'hôte, but you can easily eat in Gaillac, 5 minutes from the house.
