The bucolic landscape is an invitation to daydream, a haven of peace and tranquillity. Ambres is a belvedere, a veritable balcony of the Vaurais, offering an exceptional view over the Agout valley. Fields of wheat and sunflowers stretch endlessly from hill to hill.

Holiday cottage for 6 people, with a large private Piscine. It adjoins the Holiday cottage l'Hermitage, which does not have access to the Piscine.

In the heart of the Pays de Cocagne region, perched on the Ambra hills with a small wood to the rear, the Holiday cottage is ideally located 30 minutes from Toulouse or Albi, and 5 minutes from Lavaur. The owners live nearby.


First floor :
- living room with kitchenette,
- two bedrooms (one with a 140x190cm double bed, the other with two 90x190cm single beds),
- bathroom with WC.

First floor:
- a bedroom for Kids (two single beds 90x190cm).

Electric heating. Portico. No wifi, but 4G reception is good.

Private Piscine 9x4.5m, 0.9 to 1.5m deep.
