An authentic winegrower's Cabin in the middle of the vineyards

In the heart of the Vineyard of Gaillac, this holiday cottage is an authentic, fully-renovated winegrower's Cabin, situated in a peaceful natural setting, surrounded by vines, with an unobstructed view over the vineyards. Its location is ideal for discovering the Tarn region: in the immediate vicinity of Gaillac, its wine cellars and markets, and just a few kilometers from Albi, the episcopal city listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. The cottage, independent and situated around 100m from our home, is a real cocoon for two people. Restored with noble materials (stone, wood), it combines old-world charm with modern comforts, in an atmosphere reminiscent of the world of vines and wine.

You'll be within easy reach of all the major tourist attractions: Albi (Cité Episcopale, Toulouse-Lautrec museum, brick-built Cathédrale Sainte-Cécile), Cordes-sur-Ciel, Grand Site d'Occitanie, the Albigensian bastides (Castelnau-de-Montmiral, Puycelsi), Monestiés and Lautrec, ranked among the Most Beautiful Villages in France. Enthusiasts of wine tourism will appreciate the AOP wines of Gaillac, visits to estates, tastings and events at the winemakers'. Come and visit Maison Labastide, where for an hour you'll be taken on a tour of the wine-making process, from the vine to the bottle, with technical and entertaining information and, to finish, a real tasting of Gaillac wines.

The Holiday cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet, a mezzanine, a bedroom with 140cm bed, reversible air conditioning and a private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers. An orchard and large trees provide shade and coolness. Piscine to be shared with the owners, ideal for relaxing after visits (10×4.5m, depth from 1.20m to 1.75m). Possibility of renting sheets and towels, cleaning service at the end of the stay at extra charge.
