Welcome to La Bouriette, in a peaceful setting on the heights of Bout-du-Pont-de-l'Arn, in the heart of a 25-hectare forest, with a magnificent view of the Mountain Noire.

A warm, spacious, renovated detached farmhouse on the edge of a private Forest, ideal for walking or mountain biking. Down in the valley, you'll find the 76km Passa Païs greenway linking Mazamet to Bédarieux. 8km away, Mazamet (former world capital of délainage) with its leather stores, Lake des Montagnès (Base de loisirs, Swimming) and the hilltop village of Hautpoul.

You're also just an hour's drive from the Mediterranean Beaches, via the Minervois and Saint-Chinian Vineyards.

Self-contained Holiday cottage with large garden, covered terrace and barbecue.

First floor: entrance hall with fireplace, fully-equipped independent kitchen (1 Senseo pod coffee maker and 1 filter coffee maker), living/dining room (sofa bed), bedroom, shower room with toilet, laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, mini freezer) from which access to first floor (steep staircase). Upstairs: two bedrooms, shower room with toilet. Oil heating. Baby beds available.

Bed linen and towels provided, cleaning charge extra.

Heating surcharge (November to end of April) of €30/weekend and €60/week payable to owners on site.
