Description 2026, subject to modifications for 2027: Please refer to the description sheet validated at the time of booking.

When you first arrive in Ambialet, you may feel a little lost. But don't worry, you'll soon understand how the village is laid out! The 3 km-long meander of the Tarn forms a peninsula, dominated by an 11th-century Romanesque priory and church built on a schist needle. A magnificent view of the meander and the valley awaits the visitor on the way to the priory. The village has the particularity of being built on the most pronounced isthmus in Europe.

In an old house on the banks of the Tarn, refurbished in 2020, a 65 m² ground-floor apartment with a large terrace (30 m²) on a balcony overlooking the Tarn isthmus. Located in the upper City, you're opposite the Trébas canoe and kayak terminal. A shared garden of around 500 m2 leads down to the Tarn and its banks, where you can fish while enjoying the peace and quiet.

You're just a stone's throw from Albi Cathedral and the UNESCO-listed Old City, and an hour's drive from the Gorges du Tarn, the Caves de Roquefort and the Causses and Larzac, other World Heritage sites.

The apartment comprises a living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, sitting area with TV, two bedrooms, each with 160x200 beds, shower room, wc.
