Take in the sights and sounds of the Tarn Valley. In the heart of the hills, the small village of Assac stands at an altitude of 460m, overlooking the Monts de l'Albigeois. The Ambialet peninsula lies below, just 8km from your accommodation. For a swim, in addition to the Holiday cottage's own swimming pool, you can follow the River Tarn to Trebas Beach, 10km away.

** LE GITE ** HOLIDAY COTTAGE
House of almost 300m² that can accommodate up to 14 people. Adjoining the owners, who are retired farmers.
You have a large unfenced plot and various spaces all around. Large concrete courtyard in front of the Holiday cottage with covered shelter to enjoy your meals sheltered from the heat, with ping-pong table, pool table, plancha and charcoal barbecue.

First floor:
- Dining room opening onto fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, filter and Senseo® coffeemaker, kettle)
- Living room with sofas, table soccer, TV
- Shower room, separate WC. Access to the boiler room and garage, where bicycles of all sizes are available free of charge.
- Bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) and wardrobe.

The first floor can be accessed via 2 different staircases that lead around the house. The first is from the living room, which leads to 3 bedrooms and the bathroom, and the second is from the entrance hall, which leads to the other 3 bedrooms.

The exteriors are shared with the owners who live on site. Piscine to be shared with grandchildren when present.
Dimensions: 5x10m and 1.35m deep, with paddling area and steps. Piscine open from June to September, secured by roller shutter and gates. Solarium and outdoor shower.

Parking in front of the Holiday cottage, on the concrete courtyard. WIFI but weak telephone network in places. Wind turbines more than 500 meters away, but cannot be heard from the Holiday cottage.
