The Holiday cottage is located on the Cordes plateau, at the crossroads of the various Bastides circuits, whose old stones have so many stories to tell you.
Dare to venture into the little villages with their white houses, and on the paths winding through the vineyards you'll meet winegrowers who are passionate about their craft.

** HOLIDAY COTTAGE **
Independent, single-storey Holiday cottage with 2000 m² enclosed garden.

Living room with :
- living room with sofa and tv. Internet with fiber,
- dining room,
- kitchen open to dining room. Equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo® filter and pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, two refrigerators.

Sleeping area with corridor leading to :
- two bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm double bed,
- bathroom with shower and double washbasin,
- separate toilet.
- the third bedroom is equipped with 2 fold-down single beds and a convertible sofa.
- a second bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin opposite the bedroom.

Washing machine, books, board games. Laundry room with two plancha: one electric and one gas. Electric heating.

Two terraces: a covered west-facing one, accessible from the dining room, and a second terrace on the other side of the house. Boules pitch next to the Piscine with play area for Kids. Parking: either outside the Holiday cottage, along the road, or in front of the house.

SWIMMING POOL: pool area to be shared with holidaymakers from another rented house, 300 m from the Holiday cottage (not overlooked). Piscine is covered and accessible via the garden and a gate. Dimensions: 4 x 8m with progressive bottom, open from April 15 to October 15 (weather permitting). Wc and shower next to the Piscine, and summer kitchen with barbecue.
