La Balagane is located in Bellegarde, 12 km from Albi. A beautiful Tarn estate, La Balagane features a one-hectare wooded and flower-filled park overlooking the rolling hills typical of the Albi countryside. On a clear day, the view extends all the way to the Pyrenees. Hiking trails and mountain bike routes start right from the property. Exclusive package: simultaneous rental of all holiday cottages and Bed and breakfast rooms, with flexible options tailored to your needs.

Accommodates up to 30 people at once in this vast renovated farmhouse. On-site, you’ll find 3 holiday cottages and 5 Bed and breakfast rooms—a total of 11 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and 4 kitchens. In the center of the property, a large dining room with an open kitchen leading to the partially covered terraces, perfect for sharing meals together. In the grounds, a beautiful, secure swimming pool, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, a barbecue, and a Kids play area (ages 3 to 10). All accommodation options can be combined: ground-floor rooms, Kids’ rooms, more private rooms in a wing of the property, etc. This allows you to spend time together as a group or enjoy some privacy.

Sheets and towels are available for rent, and a cleaning service is offered at the end of your stay.

On-site dining is available upon request and by reservation, featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients, offered as half-board or for special occasions.

Our swimming pool is available for your use from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
