A small town with a rich industrial past, Saint-Juéry counted up to 3,800 workers at the Saut du Tarn steelworks during the First World War.
The site closed in 1983, and its memory is now preserved in the Saut du Tarn Museum. Created in 1995 by former workers at the steelworks, the museum is first and foremost a place to discover the industrial epic of the 19th and 20th centuries.
Le Saut du Tarn is also the start of the Tarn valley. Leaving Albi behind, you'll discover a multitude of villages and castles along the river, between meanders and plateaus: Ambialet, Trèsbas, Brousse. In summer, you can enjoy a swim at Les Avalats, in the Tarn river, with its guinguette atmosphere. And of course, you're just a stone's throw from Albi, its UNESCO-listed Episcopal City.
Detached house located on the outskirts of Albi, in Saint-Juéry, in the immediate vicinity of the Plaine des Sports de l'Albaret. The house has a large 1000 m² approval garden and a kitchen garden. A shed is also available to safely accommodate a trailer, bicycles or a Boat. The owners live at the far end of the property.
Inside, you'll find
- a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with TV,
- three bedrooms, each with a 140x190 cm double bed.
The house also includes a shower room and separate toilet.
Nearby, you can enjoy a pump track ideal for cycling, boarding and scootering, offering activities for the whole family.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Monsieur Groc est d'une grande gentillesse, très accueillant, bienveillant et toujours disponible. Son accueil chaleureux nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise.
La maison est ancienne et a conservé son charme d'origine. Elle est grande, spacieuse et le vaste espace extérieur est très agréable pour profiter du calme et de la nature.

Régine Excellent séjour chez Monsieur Groc
Mon compagnon,nos matous et moi-même avons été très bien accueillis chez Monsieur Groc.
Tout était parfait: une belle maison avec tout le confort,au calme,à un petit quart d'heure d'Albi,une très jolie ville...
Monsieur Groc a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable,il était très à l'écoute!

Ophélie Vacances parfaites
Un accueil parfait rien à dire, le propriétaire est très à l'écoute et aux petits soins ! Le logement est grand et très spacieux avec un jardin très agréable et bien situé.

ST Très bon accueil
C'est la deuxième fois que nous louons ce gîte et nous y reviendrons. Monsieur Groc est une personne vraiment très agréable. Il nous a très bien accueilli, nous demandant régulièrement si tout se passait bien.
Le gîte est très fonctionnel et très bien situé, à proximité d'Albi et à l'entrée de la vallée du Tarn. Une excellente boulangerie artisanale et un primeur sont accessibles à pieds, un supermarché à 5 minutes en voiture.

Sonia Gîte spacieux, confortable et agréable. Le jardin est également agréable pour y jouer et manger dehors.Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Merci à Monsieur Groc pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.
