In the heart of the Mountain Noire, halfway between Montpellier and Toulouse, 45 km from Carcassonne, you can gather on a hectare of land planted with trees and bordering a river. You'll be able to get together with friends, or several families, in the large hall or outside in fine weather, to share great moments together, and at the same time each will have his or her own private space.

The Holiday cottages at Le Doul can accommodate up to 21 people in excellent conditions of comfort. The layout of the estate allows each guest to enjoy his or her stay at his or her own pace, thanks to distinct spaces: 3 living areas, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 15 beds and 7 WCs. Nearby: lakes, Accobranche, canyoning, Golf, Hiking trails, medieval village... Living areas: - a large 55 m² common room, ideal for socializing, located on the first floor and opening onto a vast terrace. It features a fully-equipped professional kitchen, three large tables seating 8, a fireplace, a bar, a sound system, a video projector and games (billiards, darts), table tennis, Dutch billiards, table soccer, shuffleboard, basketball.This space can be adapted to suit your needs. Accommodation - a first single-storey PMR-accessible apartment for 4 to 6 people, with a first bedroom (double bed 140×200), an alcove with a second double bed in the living room and a sofa bed. Open-plan fitted kitchen, shower room. Second Holiday cottage upstairs, sleeps 7 to 9: living room with open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room. The first with a double bed 140x190 + a single bed 80x190, the second with a double bed 140x190 + two single beds 90x190. The corridor overlooks the garden and the stream. - an air-conditioned annex for up to 10 people, comprising two areas: * on the ground floor: two PMR-accessible bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm) and en-suite shower room * on the first floor: a dormitory with 3x2 single bunk beds (sleeps 6) and en-suite shower room. The beds, custom-made, are suitable for both kids and adults.

Outdoors and leisure activities A large, shady garden with a portico, a bowling green and a gazebo for chatting while watching the Kids; below, a stream, a great place for everyone to explore, lined with majestic trees, and hammocks for relaxing. Following some unfortunate experiences, we regret that we can no longer welcome festive groups (stag parties, for example). Our premises (inside and outside) are reserved exclusively for occupants of the Holiday cottages (21 people maximum). Included in the price: bed linen, cleaning of cottages, heating and wood for the fireplace. You are responsible for cleaning the main hall. For short stays, please bring your own towels. Beds are to be made on arrival. 2000€ deposit required Out of respect for the neighbors, no additional sound is allowed. Please keep noise levels to a minimum in the evening, with doors and windows closed.
