In just 15 minutes, you can reach the A68 highway, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. You’re just 40 minutes from Toulouse, Albi, or Montauban. It’s the perfect spot to explore the Bastides of Albi and the Gaillac Vineyard, complete with summer aperitif concerts. Nearby, Rabastens offers local shops just 6 km away.


A detached, air-conditioned holiday cottage located at the end of a dirt road: with this breathtaking view, you’ll feel like you’re at the end of the world.

On the ground floor (a few steps between the living room and kitchen):

At the back of the house, you can enjoy the shade of a large chestnut tree, which provides coolness and Wellbeing, with a view of a magnificent sunset every evening.

Covered terrace facing the valley with a gas grill, and a small utility room housing the washing machine and a second refrigerator.

The pool, open from mid-April to mid-October, measures 10x4m and is 1.40m deep (flat bottom) with a large shallow step, ideal for young children. The pool is equipped with a roller cover for safety and to retain heat.

The owners, Nelly, Serge, and Romain, live 300 meters upstream from the holiday cottage. They offer two bed and breakfast rooms.
