Situated in the heart of the Tarn department, this family-run Holiday cottage in the Countryside is the perfect base from which to explore the region's must-see attractions: rolling countryside ideal for Hiking, Castres and its rich heritage, UNESCO-listed Albi and its majestic Sainte-Cécile cathedral, and the Toulouse-Lautrec museum will immerse you in the region's history.

This 200 m² semi-detached Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 9 people. Whether you come with family or friends, you'll enjoy an authentic setting.

The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, just like at home. The large living room, the heart of the Holiday cottage, features a dining area with benches, as well as a sitting room, ideal for relaxing. Whether you're enjoying a good meal or a game of board games, this space is the perfect place for sharing.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Separate WC.

Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises 3 bedrooms:
- The first has a 140x190 bed and 90x190 Bunk beds, with television.
- The second has a 140x190 bed.
- The third combines a Bed 140x190 and a Bed 90x190, with television.
Two shower rooms and separate WC.

From the large terrace with barbecue, you can enjoy an unobstructed view over the surrounding fields, an ideal setting for enjoying a meal al fresco. For lovers of nature and tranquility, a nearby stream adds a bucolic touch. Fishing enthusiasts or those who simply like to relax by the water will be delighted.
As for leisure activities, young and old alike will find plenty to keep them busy with the petanque court and playground.

Parking available in front of the Holiday cottage or under cover if required. Baby Equipment available on request. Pets allowed, although it's best to keep them on a leash outside.
