The Tarn valley is on the left, the river undulating. In summer, the house is cool and comfortable when it's very hot in the Albigensian basin.


Holiday cottage adjoining the owners, not overlooked.

- Air-conditioned living room with open kitchen, sitting room with TV, pool table, piano and working fireplace, and dining table. Separate toilet.
Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, American fridge, food processor, bread maker, blender, mixer, raclette machine, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and Philips® Nespresso pod coffee maker. In an adjoining laundry room: washing machine, dishwasher and second refrigerator.

- A ground-floor bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath.

- The other bedrooms are upstairs, accessed from the terrace.
Each room sleeps 2 with a double bed, except for one room with twin beds, which can accommodate 2 additional single beds to make a total of 4 single beds. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Two rooms have a terrace/balcony.

Outside: approx. 1000m² of enclosed garden.
8x4.5m, 1.30m-deep fenced Piscine with ladder. Piscine open from May to the end of September, dates may vary according to weather conditions. Jean-Louis comes every morning to maintain the Piscine.
In the Piscine area, garden furniture and a covered shelter with table soccer, sink, plancha and barbecue.

Large 140m² terrace, part of which is covered just in front of the kitchen. Lounge area with garden furniture, ping-pong table in the garden.


Bed linen and towels provided, including pool towels.
