In the heart of the medieval village of Lautrec, voted one of France's 15 most beautiful villages. You'll appreciate our gastronomy and wines, as well as the typically French way of life, and can browse our famous Markets in Realmont on Wednesdays, Lautrec on Fridays and Revel and Castres on Saturdays.

Lautrec is the ideal starting point for Hiking and cycling tours. You can park your car nearby and do everything on foot.
It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy our beautiful region: Castres, Albi, Ambialet, Cordes sur Ciel and the Vineyards of the Gaillacois.

Large family home of 240 m² entirely renovated on three levels.
- On the first floor you'll find a small gaming room, a large 25 m² kitchen and a 40 m² living room.
The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen piano and two ovens, a microwave, a dishwasher, a classic coffee maker, an Italian coffee maker and a Nespresso coffee maker, as well as a kettle and a toaster.
- On the second floor, you'll find three bedrooms with fitted closets, a bathroom, WC and laundry room.
- The top floor features a large 60 m² master suite with a magnificent view of the Lautrec mill and valley.

The house faces due south, and thanks to its stone walls remains cool and pleasant in summer. However, the top floor is equipped with air-conditioning for added comfort on hot days, as the room has large bay windows offering a magnificent view of the Moulin de Lautrec and the valley.

The 150 m² lawned garden features a dining area under a wisteria-shaded arbour and a private saltwater Piscine (8x3.80m) with a beach for Kids to play on; the pool is secured by an integrated electric roller shutter.

In the laundry room, you'll find a washing machine and a large drying rack.
You'll also find a Weber plancha and barbecue next to the terrace.

The house is located in the heart of the village, with two bakeries, a grocery store and several restaurants (traditional, pizzeria and tapas).
You'll also find Aquaval, a 5-minute drive away, a water park with water slides that Kids love.
