Just a few minutes from the center of Gaillac, this detached single-storey house offers the ideal setting for a stay in the heart of the Vineyard. You'll find it easy to explore the wineries, take part in summer aperitif concerts and explore the Pays des Bastides, famous for its fortified villages and unspoilt countryside. Albi, with its Sainte-Cécile cathedral and UNESCO-listed Cité Episcopale, is just 20 minutes away.

The Holiday cottage benefits from an enclosed garden planted with trees, a convivial terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and a private swimming pool (8x4 m, depth 1.5 m), covered by a dome. The garden of approx. 1000 m² guarantees peace and privacy.
The bright living room features a modern, fully-equipped kitchen and a lounge area with sofa bed, offering two additional beds. Kitchen equipment: fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine...

The Holiday cottage has three bedrooms: a double room with bed 160x200, a second room with bed 140x190, and a room with single bed 90x190. Bathroom with bath and shower, separate WC. A washing machine is available in the garage (not accessible to vehicles). A carport is also available.

Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided. Housekeeping included at the end of your stay.

In the immediate vicinity, you'll find shops, services and supermarkets. The City can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The City of Gaillac charms with its brick streets, Market and local produce. The emblematic bastides of Cordes-sur-Ciel, Castelnau-de-Montmiral and Puycelsi are just a short drive away, and Toulouse is 50 km away.
