In a carefully renovated former family wine storehouse, this Holiday cottage combines the charm of old stone with modern comforts. Set in the Countryside, it benefits from a quiet, authentic environment, yet remains close to the region's must-see attractions. Cordes-sur-Ciel plunges you into a medieval setting with its cobbled streets, art galleries and breathtaking panoramas. Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is a magnet for visitors with its Cathedral Ste-Cécile, Toulouse-Lautrec Museum and the banks of the River Tarn. Hiking enthusiasts will also appreciate the many signposted trails winding through vineyards and valleys.

For 6 people, it offers a warm, cosy and functional setting.
As soon as you enter, you'll be greeted by a hall equipped with a small library containing books on the region. The living area features a well-equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, as well as a living room where old materials and contemporary touches blend harmoniously. Two bedrooms:
- One with 160x200 bed and small balcony
- One with 2 beds 90x200
A bathroom with shower and WC.

A staircase leads to a lower level where young and old alike will find plenty to play and relax. A gaming room with slide, Cabin and foosball table will delight Kids. The more sporty will enjoy a Sports hall with pull-up bar, floor mats, electric bike, treadmill and punching bag. Next door:
- A large bedroom with a 160x200 bed, private shower room and WC.
- Separate WC
Please note that heating is only available in the bedroom; the gaming room and sports area are not heated. In winter, this area is cooler than the rest of the house, which has optimal underfloor and electric heating.

Outside, a terrace invites you to enjoy your meals al fresco. The garden, currently being landscaped and planted with flowers, will soon add an even more bucolic touch to your stay.
